Some friends commissioned me to make art as part of their celebration of their 35th anniversary and their recommitment ceremony. I’ll share with you some of the bits, then the whole thing.

I wound up making a bit of a painted quilt: 9 3”x3” watercolors with one wider item, all mounted onto an even heavier piece of watercolor paper. Some of the bits were easy to think of, some easy to draw and paint, some…not so much! Some bits I’m not super pleased with (of course) and some I’m proud of and some of those are the same pieces! *laugh* I’ll share one of those coming up.

These are likely to appear on your screen much larger than the originals, which a handy way to notice what I want to improve on for next time….
